On Sunday the FIT IN TIME group participated in the Lindfield Rotary Fun Run and we all have FUN. It was an early morning start with warm up at 7.30am and the run starting at 8.15am. We after all had a race plan to walk up hills go faster down hills and along the straight and to come home strong. The whole group did very well and a friend made a comment "that the whole group looked better after the run then they did before the run" This shows how fit they all are. If you would like to find out your results then go to www.lindfieldrotaryfunrun.org.au but I would like to say a special congratulations to Trish Loder who came 2nd in her age group. See you all for more FIT IN TIME adventures:-)

This morning we meet bright and early for a training session in St Ives. It was drizzling but the weather did not deter the keen Fit In Time group. We walked and did exercises all the way to Acron Oval where we did a circuit using boxing gloves, thero bands, cones and a seat for triceps dips. We then continued walking to a stair case were the group ran/walked up it 3 times over. After stretching we continued walking down Douglas street and straight towards Patissons patisserie for a coffee and a french treat. It was a great training and well done to all who came along. I hope to see you next week for training from Balmoral to Chinamans beach. Have a good week. Love Bec x

We did it! On top of Mt Kosiosczkio

Adventurers from the Fit In Time Personal Training group went to Thredbo for a well deserved "healthy" break over New Year 2008/2009. We stayed at the Kosiosczkio Alpine Club and Threbdo apartments in Thredbo village. Where we had dinner, bed and breakfast for 6 nights. Every day the chef gave us delightful meals. We were all grateful for her hospitality. They days were spent relaxing in the lodge, reading, walking along marked tracks, shopping, swimming, sliding down slippery slides (only Margaret-Anne, Peter and Rebecca), walking through historic towns, picnics and tasting the delights of cafes in the local area. A highlight was doing the walk to Mt Kosiosczkio in cold and windy weather. We had a party of 5 and we all did it at our own pace. Well done to all who made it!
