Bec's Tip Top Tip

Welcome to Bec's Tip Top Tips....
Here are some tips to keep you in tip top shape this week.

TRAINING TIP: Run/brisk walk for 2 light posts then slow walk for 2 light posts...repeat for 40 minutes.
TASTY TIP: Crumpets with honey, vegemite or peanut butter...go light on the butter. Are a healthy snack.
TIME OUT TIP: Take 5 breaths and only focus on the breaths going in and out. Do this any time of the day.
