Coffee "n" Carbs
Research shows that having carbohydrates and caffeine after exercise helps your muscles recover faster after exercise.

Exercise Tip
This week have a brisk walk/ run for 40 minutes. Try and do a few hills along the way. Don't forget to use your arms this will help with your posture and help you to walk/run faster.
