Hi Everyone,
Sunday training was not on this week due to the rain. We need to start preparing for the 9km Bridge run on this Sunday. This week it is essential to get good rest and healthy food. Have early nights and eat food high in nutrients and vitamins such as fruits, rice, whole grain breads, vegetables and lean meats such as chicken and beef. It is good to have a good balance. Your body will thank you for it.
Sunday we will be meeting at Gordon Station at 7am and catching the train to Milsons Point. Please let me know if you will be meeting us. The run starts at Milsons Point and goes over the Harbour Bridge around Lady Maquarie Chair and finishes at the Opera House it is a beautiful senic run.
Exercise wise I recommend you do 2x 30 minute walks this week and your usual yoga, Pilate's, strength session or Curves. We are tapering for the event on Sunday. Think positive about the event and get your self orgainsed with the outfit you will be wearing on the day. Make sure your Fit in Time Singlet Tops are washed and ready.
